Sales Development Representative

RedZone is seeking a full time Salary+Benefits+Commission Lead Generation professional. To be successful in this role, you must enjoy cold calling and the challenge of reaching the decision maker! You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until the meetings with the sales team gets scheduled. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Extensively using LinkedIn and Navigator to source leads
  • Contact prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to prospects
  • Identify client needs to qualify the prospect
  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients for our Account Managers
  • Report to the Management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) pre-sales results
  • Generate lead, qualify the prospect, schedule and host an opportunity introduction meeting with prospect and sales
  • Hold engaging conversations over the phone and via email
  • Stay up to date with new products/services RedZone offers

Life as an SDR:

  • Outreach: On average, 80-90 activities per day
  • Generating 15-20 qualified leads per month
  • Writing and Talking: Responding to outreach emails, scheduling meetings, and video calls
  • Research: Company, prospect and contact details research
  • Editing: Message tweaking/email template writing/phone approach variations
  • Working Contacts/Building Rapport: On average 150-200 prospects at any one time
  • Managing Lists: Average 5-8 lists at a time – Each list cadence averages 8-12 touchpoints over 3-4 weeks


  • Proven work experience as a lead generator in a B2B Environment
  • Extensive experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving set quotas
  • U.S. Citizen Required
