As an accomplished human resource director, Michele has implemented company policy and procedure development, policy administration, complaint resolution, and the benefit programs at RedZone.  

Being a seasoned human resource director, Michele executes weekly leadership meetings that coordinate the development, communication, and implementation of the company’s human resource management practices.
