Many of you know that I run the CIO Innovation Insider Series for the local community of Business IT Leaders. Today I would like to share some quick wins CIOs receive at each one of these events. In this short video, I outline the benefits of attending each session of CIO Innovation Insider, my approach to preparing attendees for conversations with like-minded individuals and how you, the A-caliber IT leader, can become a part of this Innovative Community.
I also explain the two sections that I break each event into which are offense and defense.
Why do I break them apart?
Defense IT Security is fundamental to every organization and requires great architecture and processes built into your IT security systems. However, in this digital age of AI, Blockchain, and Machine Learning, CIOs need to stay offensive to prevent disruption of their organization.
Offense for IT leaders means innovation and involves different kind of thinking that lies at heart of CIO Innovation Insider series. That is why I built this community focused around innovation.
One of the ways I foster innovation is by encouraging business IT leaders to be lifelong learners and asking them thought-provoking questions during the event preparation process. Many of attendees share that they come to Innovation Insider to hear how other CIOs are dealing with similar issues and are coming up with new solutions to resolve innovation challenges.
All of this and more about why you should be a part of this community of Innovative Leaders is in this video. Watch to find out what’s in it for you!
Thank you for watching this video. I hope that you keep up with the videos I post on the channel, subscribe, and share your learnings with those that need to hear it. Your comments are my oxygen, so please take a second and say hi!
